| Crime Manager has a variable pricing structure which depends on the method of deployment chosen, as pricing has to be tailored to the amount of support and training likely to be needed. We do not believe however that in any deployment the purchaser would have to become involved in any sort of tendering process in order to purchase Crime Manager. |
| Crime Manager is deployed under an agreed 'one-off'
cost together with an annual fee, thereafter the only amount payable is
an annual fee, this fee is not dependant on the number of users assigned
to the system, whether there are 1 or 1000 users the annual fee is the
same. We believe our product is without doubt the best valued
product currently available. Our policy is that we will never
be undersold by any company offering a similar product,
we absolutely guarantee to be cheaper. We have a structure for force wide or other government department deployment where Crime Manager could be used in a completely unrestricted way, i.e. every department within the force would be able to use it but we would have to know your organisations size before we could work this out. The price includes the training of a super user to the system as well as agreed extra training for additional staff. Continued development is taking place on its very successful initial deployments. These alterations are resulting in further enhancements to the system. |
